George Powdrill is the General Partner of Alignd Venture Partners, where he leads capital formation, deal sourcing, and portfolio strategy.
He is an entrepreneur and operator before he is an investor. Across two decades he has built and scaled businesses by finding market openings early, standing up distribution against them, and recruiting the people to run it — the same sequence AVP now underwrites for. He works directly with founders and C-suite leadership through organizational transformation and growth, rather than waiting on a board seat and a quarterly deck.

Armando Ceron

Armando Ceron is an Operating Partner at Alignd Venture Partners, where he leads brand, product, and go-to-market value creation across the portfolio.
He built his first decade in advertising, directing seven-figure projects for Google, Carl’s Jr., Nike, Marvel, JBL, and Netflix, then took that discipline to the cap table. Since 2012 he has embedded with early stage founders as creative and product lead through pre-seed to Series C — not as an outside vendor, but inside the build. At AVP he works both sides of the deal: sourcing, deal flow vetting, and founder diligence before the check; positioning, product, and go-to-market after it.

He has served as CEO at multiple companies spanning technology, manufacturing and service sectors in North America and Asia-Pacific regions.
